Mr. Croft.

I found old stocks of plastic cam pulleys that there OEM parts for the 132/2000 engine and i have some doubtd to use it in my race 1608 engine. hat do you think?

in a race engine you need adjustable cam wheels. It is impossible to adjust the cams exactly with the O.E. pulleys ....

The plastic pulleys are junk. The steel center on the plastic pulleys gets loose and it sounds like a rod knock. When the steel center is loose the cam timing varies and the timing belt does not run true. Use metal pulleys.
