Plastic cam pulleys
in a race engine you need adjustable cam wheels. It is impossible to adjust the cams exactly with the O.E. pulleys ....

Plastic cam pulleys
The plastic pulleys are junk. The steel center on the plastic pulleys gets loose and it sounds like a rod knock. When the steel center is loose the cam timing varies and the timing belt does not run true. Use metal pulleys.
