Something not right there. I can't give you those dimensions because they will only be listed in the Mahle catalog - if at all - I don't have one. The 130 Strada is not listed by KS or AE, only the 105TC.
But the 130 had, er 9.3/1 (or so) with a roomier combustion chamber (with 43.5mm inlets) than the earlier 2 liter, whereas the latter had only 8.9/1 (from memory) so the 130TC pistons should give about 9.5/1 in your motor. The 130TC dome was about 40mm dia by say 2-3mm high (again, from memory, don't have any here).
Worth (by the way) noting that compression height was/is routinely reduced by a small amount on oversize pistons to keep the engine CR the same as OE spec for that engine..

I am sorry but unless you publish photos of side view showing dome, top oblique and piston undersize in high res I am lost with this.
As for sticking out of the block, and without having exact piston ID and looking up comp ht I cannot give you a straight answer. Not usually is the best I can say. Mostly on the early TCs the pistons were flush/low; but the other day a firm rang up about a Lancia Thema 8V turbo and queried the pistons being proud of the block, right OE piston and block part numbers, exact OE block deck height. I had to say that I had no idea if they should or not.
You will understand that doing what I do mostly the OE pistons and rods are thrown away immediately without a second glance (been the case for 5 years +/-) and new GC pistons made with the exact comp ht I want. Not very helpful to you, sorry.
