I would like to show you my interpretation of oil control, and will be glad to hear your opinions about.
The engine is transversal Tipo 2.0 16V, and due to the member's oil pan projects showed here, I did mine point of view.
The reason doing this mod is the lower oil pressure during hard right cornering.
The trap doors seems work pretty well, as water test being done.
After few sharp left-right movements, the central section was almost full of water and the both side sections stayed relatively empty.
Latter all this will be covered with plate, as windage tray.

This is the sump finished view.The nuts are welding secured, oil comming above from head, crank bearings and pistons, drains through the gaps(5-6 mm, not well visible on the picture) all around the oil pick up and along pan walls too.
