Exhaust valve seat NA vs Turbo

Hi!


When cutting exhaust seats by hand (Neway) I have noted some differences in hardness between heads. Thema Turbo/Integrale 8v exhaust seats seems to be much harder than on the Fiat NA twin cams.
Fact or just imagination??

If differences exist, does this indicate that a NA exhaust seat do not have the specifications needed for turbocharging??
