1600 8v i.e. Lancia cam

vs.

2 liter 8v carb. Fiat cam

Which one's are better? I mean, will power increase if I put these from 2.0 to 1.6?

BTW. are the heads the same on these two engines? Valves?

if you are talking about early (non reversed port) engines then the 1600 cams will be lower lift than the 2 liter, ie: 9.5mm nominal lift compared with 9.9mm. So use the 2 liter cams, OK?

As far as heads with bigger inlet valves (43.5mm compared with earlier 42mm) are concerned see:
