Engine identification help needed please

Dear Friends,
Is the Tipo/Tempra 2000cc 8v TC engine identical to Fiat 131 2.0 8v TC engine ?
If not, what are the differences.
I think the block is same but without the distributor access.
Also, the same question goes for Tipo/Tempra 2000cc 16v engine. I know that it is not identical but the block can be used for a 131 2.0 8v TC build, again without the distributor on the block.
What are the other differences from the Tipo/Tempra 2000cc 16v to the 2000cc 8v typical Fiat 131 2.0 8v TC block ?
I would very much appreciate if you could let me know the other major similarities and differences for the complete engine including the cylinder heads.
