all general release copies are now sold Ken.

I have 20 in my personal collection but they are going to cost a lot more and I will only sell 15 of them.

This is quite deliberate and it will demonstrate to those who bought it up till now that it was a good investment. I am conscious, because I am always being told, that my 90s book is changing hands still for way more than the 2010 Limited Edition ever cost!
