was wondering if anyone knew what vehicles this cylinder head casting number relates to Fiat TC HEAD ID Nº125B S62 4194059

The Fiat 125 special arrived in Chile, usually brings cylinder heads 124A / 124AC, but 125B is very rare and would like to know the exact model of car to the cylinder head.

I also have one of these cylinder heads among many spare heads which come from 125's. Most have 124AC cast on them.
This one came from a late model 125s sedan (we called the model a Special B here) they had the horizontal tail lights.
The engine had 125B designation at the start of the engine number also.
