I'm new to the forum and I thought I'd share some photos of my 131 gravel rally car. I compete in all events from club rallies and State Championships, to the Australian Rally Championship. This is an 8V 2 litre with a standard gearbox, but a Volvo (Dana) rear end with a torson LSD and 4:56 gears running 15" wheels. I've had a variety of brakes on the front, but I currently have WRX discs and Nissan R33 calipers - otherwise it's all Fiat right down to the power windows!
I love the car, and it is such a stable platform (or should I say forgiving!) and instils confidence. I'm building a 131 Abarth replica at the moment to compete in the Classic category of the Australian Rally Championship and hopefully knock off some of these BDA Escorts - plenty of them and no Fiats. I'll try and post some progressive build photos as it slowly moves forward. There's so many great cars on the forum I'm a little embarrassed, as we never got Abarths or 131r's out here, actually we never got anything exotic really in the way of european vehicles, but I hope someone enjoys the photos.

Alex - you need the permission of the photographer named on the pictures.

To post them I must have sight of his permission in advance.

If you do not have it you must delete those particular photos. This is stated in Protocols,
