THIS IS THE FIRST & ONLY 'GC APPROVED' BOLT-ON PRODUCTION HEADER FOR THE 16V INTEGRALE ON THE PLANET AND IS DESIGNED FOR INTERNAL WASTEGATE*
I don't make it but I know who does and much discussion between me and designer has taken place regarding capability fit-for-use. It is £2000 + shipping - available thru me and worth every penny and I know why and no I don't intend make a cent out of it I am just thrilled to see a dyno-proven 500bhp + hand-made fully formed header with hand-made titanium-stabilised stainless tubing and a flange that actually sits FLAT with great bend radii and NEAR PERFECT primary equalisation and fabulous full-form welds with SUPERB penetration and a proper merge collector that holds sustainable EGT and DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE BOX unlike ALL the cheap engine-wrecker junk that so many forum warriors rave about & that I have seen up till now.
These photos were taken at my works on the first fully-jigged one available (sold to a respected client of mine), and yes I have been over with with a critical eye.

Rigged on Andy Wright's 16v.
Not hard-bolted, that will come later. Inlet is Kappa, gasflowed.
Ex wrap is not mine before anyone asks.....
