Hi guys
I have a question rather stupid.
On the 124 spider label there is the chassis type, then engine type then another number and the color.
What could be the number after engine type ? the engine number ?
To be exact it says "No per spares"
There is a number "1851627"

It's not a stupid question but it would make more sense to readers with a nice photo,
thanks,

You are correct in your assumption, naturally the car coding systems have all changed since then of course, but that No. is the number the Fiat dealer would need to get the right bits for that car. It was all parts manuals and microfilmsthen as you know.
Now and again I call my Fiat agent with old (dead..) part numbers (often Abarth things like Goetze 'works' TC 86mm head gaskets) just for fun..

Many thanks Guy for the info.
So that no will be the same for all cars of the same type (for example csa)?
