Fuel Filter - filtration vs. pressure drop?

Hi

As a step in an engine switch in my race-car (Alfetta GTV) I'm also going to replace the fuel lines. Race regs call for pressed or JIC-type couplings so the filter would ideally have JIC-type connectors. The new engine is injected and I'm now trying to find a fuel filter that fits my needs but I have really no idea what my needs are so any advice offered would be appreciated.
There is no shortage in supply of filters that fits but what kind of filtration is needed? 100 microns? 40?

The injectors are Siemens four hole type if that makes a difference.

Thank you
/Mats

If you can spare the time write an email to a very good firm I know who specialise in fuel systems:

I should like to know how you get on because I often recommend them.

Emailed them and they asked me to call instead. That is not ideal for me due to work.
Bought an OEM filter with threaded ports locally instead. Light and inexpensive, easy to find replacements.

Mats, hi

it never fails to amaze me how unresponsive so many British firms are to email.

I am sorry that was the response.

Well, I guess that's the way it is. It's their loss of business anyway.
Another British firm (Think) got the order for adaptors instead (see pic.). They also could supply more parts for my oil system so I guess we both won.
