Hello all , I'm making a custom inlet manifold , and need some alloy pipe/tube . Preferably with a 45 degree bend , and in inner diameter of 38mm . Any suggestions for a supplier?

You want extruded 1.5" ID round tube, 10 or 16 swg, 6063 T3 or T4 (old BS HE9), both bend grades with good welding properties. You won't get preformed bends, get yourself a portable Sealey hydraulic pipe bender. It comes with several mandrels and you can form 45 deg no problem with that.

Hope that helps,

GC

Guy , I hate to post a link , but I found some in Ireland , that may do , I think I can engineer out the requirement for a bend... what do you think of this?
20 Euro , 1m lenght , 40mm OD , 3mm wall . Supplied by a company called Radionics.
