Jet selection for 45's on a strada abarth engine.

I need some advise.
ive now fitted the pair of 45's on a Guy Croft manifold to my Fiat strada abarth engined Fiat 131. The head has been ported at some time, the camshafts are standard, a free flow exhaust manifold is fitted, and the car is intended for fast! road use only.
The 45's need jetting.
What size jets should i start with?
Guy do you do weber spares?
