Fiat 2L 16V engine testing

I thought this was of some intrest. All engines are identical and standard 1994 Tipo 16V's.
The blue and green lines show engines that are running well. Both have done close to 100k miles. The red line shows an engine with a worn exhaust cam lobe and faulty big end bearing.
I do wonder why the green engine has slightly better top end torque than the blue one. The blue engine is running slightly richer in this area than red though. 12.3:1 vs 12.6:1, probably due to air mass. Is this enough to make a difference?
The standard fuel map is all over the place. Interesting how they are all very similar.
