Some progress. Most of the port enlargement was done by cutting out metal from the splitter and reshaping the SSR.
Also I've matched the inlet manifold holes with the head. Could have opened the head more, but didn't see the point as the holes in the manifold will be smaller anyway.
Have some questions about the throttle body. How to count what size is optimal?. The holes in the head are 48*31. The holes between two pieces of the manifold are 43 mm. The hole where the TB is mounted is 55 mm.( but the throat can be cut away and the TB could be mounted closer to the plenum).

Hello Everybody, I had pleasure to use your help with my project, now it is up and running. I've improved my personal record from 12,27 to 12,13 this year, with the new head, IM and bigger injectors. Other then that stayed the same. Did't raise the boost , didn't adjust the map. Your views on this would be much appreciated. I'm maping it my self, and I think it could be taken further but I'm afraid to ruine the engine. At the moment CR is 7.5:1, fueling is 12:1. Boost pikes to 1,5 and drops with RPMs to 1,2... Ignition at full boost is no more then 12. I know how experienced you are. Could you give me a hint how far it is save to take it? I was thinking about 16 ignition and maybe 1,7 bar which obviously will drop to 1,4 with RPMs.

Only now I have read your motives for that. Fair enough. Keep it real and don't give up. Thanks for everything :) Wish you wrote a book on ford engines :)
