EN08 Steel flywheel for a 2.0L TC
While we are on a roll...
I am also looking to source a lightweight EN08, or equivalent, or better steel flywheel?
Can anyone supply one that will fit a 2.0L TC? I am happy to go with a used one subject to the material being tested first - I don't do risk...

Hi Geoff
steel FW, sure, I'd probably get Helix to make them, I'll do the dwg, they do them cnc with integral ring now, which is always a pain otherwise. The reason I asked was only to see if you were going race rods pistons etc as well, makes sense, you probably are, knowing from my own exp how carefully you assess these things.
Like to see some engine bay pics when u get time, thanks, plus current spec esp FI system. Will interest a lot of people.

Yes I had done homework on the other required parts. Race Rods, Forged pistons, bigger valves all round, the flywheel.. oh yes and the balistic blanket between me and the engine bay.. !
I did a full article on my FI kit in the Montecarlo Consortium news letter - I will email you a copy. I will also dig out some of my latest pics.
I take it Titan, who provided the drysump for the engine displayed on the front of your book, are now out of business?

Titan are very much alive and kicking, with the redoubtable Australia Timms still at the helm!
They have just done the pan and are just doing a 2 stage for this engine for me.
