All,
I removed the pulley flange from a TC water pump using a puller and a little heat so I could replace the flange. I am concerned that I may have damaged the shaft seal, so I would like to replace it. Obviously this is done when you purchase a remanufactured pump. I need to know how the shaft is removed from the pump housing so that I can replace the seal.
Also any ideas about the seal part number?
Thanks in advance

Never done that! No idea if spares are aval.
I'd buy a new pump if you can. A number of models are still aval.

Re: Fiat TC water pump seal
Hello,
The Fiat part numbers I have for the seal is 4138766 and 4300391.
This will fit most original Fiat water pumps, but most likely will not fit aftermarket pumps.
The seal is available from several smaller US Fiat parts vendors. However, I second Guy's
suggestion of purchasing a new pump.
bye,
Csaba
