so, did I see correctly?

last run with K&N 110KW x 1.34, say 147bhp or thereabouts, am I right?

You see right!
Such thing brings 6kW!

The stock air filter box is like a restrictor I think. At the next dyno run I will try a run with open air box (only filter). Then I see when the power raises and the torque is on low revs...

There are the results with torque:
stock boost 78kW with stock k&n filter:
http://www.tueren-shop.com/wbboard/Wich ... hmatte.JPG
stock boost with high flow k&n filter:
http://www.tueren-shop.com/wbboard/Wich ... ffener.JPG

high boost (middle rpm 1.2bar later 0.9bar because of loses in the intercooler) with stock k&n filter:

and with high flow k&n filter:

I think the 5th injector is too big for the first moment... or it's the stock clutch which is not string enough.

The high flow k&n (don't know the right englisch word) is fitted on the AFM, mabe ~1m less intake way. Brings the torque in higher revs!

I had only run till 6.000rpm, on the first run I wants to run in the rev limiter, the power still raises... in august I will test the other intake manifold and then I will test the manifold with 4 bigger injectors and a new calibrated AFM.
Then I want's to install a BMW E60 alu intercooler (an internet auction site for smart money) and a KKK K14/16 turbo which is good for 1.7bar, I hope around 200hp with water alcohol, of course.

Exhaust is 60mm ragazoon group A, stock cat (a big 200cpi cat still in process).

I applaud your technical approach and the way you are presenting it, well done indeed.

Forgive me if I do not respond at this time with any (if any! - you seem to know what you're doing) technical comment, I am trying to encourage others to engage in this, also I am a bit short of time at present!

It's ok that you don't comment everything, so I think it's nothing dramatically wrong what I do ;) But when you thing I do something wrong, please tell me :)

To my engine. I have a better block here (my block has run 210tkm, the cylinder cut/ground (don't know the word for this) isn't the best, when I change him I will work a little bit more on the head. I had installed him because my gasket was damaged and the installed block was stock and in the same bad status (valve guide bad, valve seats bad 2-3mm!) and so I tried my selfmade head :) I did this head in my spare time, every 4-6 weeks a little bit, after a year he was fine but now I think there is something you could do better (head installed about 1 year ago).

The idea with the extra angle (30‚°) on the valves is very good! VW Motorsport did the same! My neighbor has a lathe and so I can do this for some beer's :)

With the camshaft I will try something on the dyno. Because I have only 130Nm at stock boost. The uno turbo 1301cc shall have 150Nm.
But a other guy in our forum was on a dyno with stock camshaft but bigger throttle body and has also only 130Nm. But he has also less power.

Maybe I try the 1301cc T camshaft (220‚° - 8mm ) and a 1372cc T camshaft (234‚°/232‚° - 9.8mm) and when I get a Punto Gt3 camshaft (234‚°/220‚° - 9.8/8 mm).
Now I have the 1.5 MPI 244‚° - 9.8mm (I think, have no sheets about this camshaft).

I'm interessted in the group n camshaft because of the asymetric they have a good sound like a rallye car - 272‚°/260‚° 10.9/8.9 from H’‚¶rmann Motorsport but is expensive and then the camshaft is not good its a lot of money.

The 1.5 MPi camshaft is good because the torque raises around 500rpm later (so you can drive fast without only loses grip). I thing so around 20‚° more outlet brings the torque 500rpm higher. I must look what it brings to drive more inlet - it's clear that is better but how much it brings because I can't run after every change on the dyno because I can only work on the engine when I'm at home (170km away).
