Folks

Due to the relative amount of unhealthy interest I seem to have developed in Lada’s and G.C engines in the last couple of years and the positive response I’ve had with my own Lada project, Me and Guy have decided to build another one

Details have yet to be finalised but what is confirmed is it will be running a 1600 16v 220bhp atomo unit with dry sump and a Quiafe made Ford type 9 5 speed gearbox.

This car is going be RAC/MSA log booked so eligible for clubman and national rally events.

I’ll let the Big Boss tell you his designs for after the completion.

1600cc will also be advantageous when it comes to competivness in rallying, when you think of all the machinery that will be in the 2.0 class.

when I remenmber the scream o 1.6 16v from Barry Ryan´s? Escort few years ago I think, taht 1.6 is the best idea!
