Changing crownwheel and pinion - Will it help? EDITED

Post by Slim »

Hi,
What are the effects of changing my standard crown-wheel and pinion? My car is a Uno Turbo mk1 with mk2 engine and box and is used for hill climb/road.
How would this ratio change effect my car? From 3.353:1 to 4.060:1
What would be the pros and cons?

Thanks

Liam

Have a play with this Liam.

The present data is Miro's Gp4 replica 131. You should input your own figures.

Ignore 5th gear you'll never use it.
