GPS problem.

Hi, Not a Fiat problem but I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with Sat Navs? My 2014 Ford Focus says "No GPS" and the screen does not show a map. I have tried a master reset, unhooked the battery for an hour and all with no luck. It doesnt work anywhere so it isnt a blindspot issue. If anyone has any suggestions before I start to pay out cash for diagnostics etc I would be ever so grateful. Hope you are all well. thank you, Phil.
